90 g of icing sugar
80 g of grained walnuts
20 g of cocoa
SEPARATE MIXTURE IN A BOWL FOR COATING:
Icing sugar with vanillin sugar mixed to taste
Mix all ingredients together to form a firm mixture. Pinch bits of dough and form small balls, then flatten them with hands on the tray. (Use baking paper but not necessary.)
Bake for 15-20 min depending on your owen.
After baking, still very warm coat the in the icing sugar mixture separately prepared in a bowl.
