Designs have been born

Here is a bargello butterfly design, it should be 52x54 inches.


For wall hanging I will have to reduce the design and start with 4 inch strips instead of 6 inches wide.









This is a stitchery design with tail variation up or down. I call it the paisley bird. I am going to fill it with cinnamon batting (just roll the batting in cinnamon before you fill the bird)  and hang it over the curtain rod (3 or 4 of them). It will decorate nicely and the room will be filled with cinnamon  aroma. Also  I forgot to mention that it is going to be calico based with hand stitchery on it. I hope to make it soon and send the pics.
